Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and service calls to enhance system efficiency.
- Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving practices.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes during all installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Valid HVAC certification and applicable licenses for Ohio.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
